About the routine.

They say the routine is the enemy of creativity. But it can be used and turned into something worthwhile through discipline.

My approach is as follows.

It so happened that I work 8 weeks without days off, so I have a standard schedule and here it is:

  • 4.30-5.30 rise and do meditation 15-30 minutes
  • 5.45-7.00 yoga and exercises and a shower (I will write in the comments which exercises, and also I post it on a stories every Sunday)
  • 7.00-7.30 breakfast and go to work
  • 8.15-11.30 work
  • 11.30 — 13.00 lunch and walk
  • 13.00-14.30 reading, siesta, rest
  • 14.30-16.15 work
  • 17.15-18.00 come back home, cooking and having dinner.
  • 18.00-21.00 rest, tea ceremony, reading, the Internet also can go to meet with friends.
  • 21.00-22.00 preparation for the bedtime, water procedures, always before bed I put my legs on the wall for 15-30 minutes, it relaxes well and prepares the body for sleep.

In fact, I have the most productive time in the morning, and thanks to this ritual that I keep moving forward to my goal and some other stuff during the day. That’s gives me enery and motivation for whole day.

The body is your temple. Keep it clean and clean so that the soul lives.
